Aralio uses technologies reasonably necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, role routing, preferences, and core Platform operation. Before launch, engineering and the privacy owner must scan the deployed site and complete the table below with actual cookie names, providers, purposes, duration, and classification.

Aralio must not activate non-essential advertising or analytics technologies merely because a template mentions them. If only essential technologies are present, the website may use a short notice and browser information without a deceptive “accept all” prompt.

Strictly necessary

Required for login, authentication, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and core requested functionality. Disabling them may prevent the Platform from working. These should not be used for unrelated advertising.

Preferences

Remember a user’s chosen settings where implemented. Classify as essential only when genuinely necessary for the requested function.

Analytics

Used to understand usage/performance only if an approved analytics tool is activated. Before activation, complete a privacy assessment, configure minimization, document recipients/retention, and provide required choices.

Marketing

Not part of the MVP baseline. Do not activate marketing tags, cross-site tracking, or targeted-advertising technologies without legal/privacy review and an appropriate opt-in control.

Users may use browser controls to remove or block cookies, but blocking necessary cookies can break login or Platform functions. If non-essential cookies are introduced, Aralio will provide a clear control that makes refusal as easy as acceptance, defaults non-essential categories to off where required, and preserves the choice.
